Well Water Solutions, Inc. is a unique, regional company that offers an annual service warranty to homeowners living on wells. In addition to offering this product to homeowners, we offer water-testing services for real estate transactions to include potability, well yields, and inspections.
Well Water Solutions, Inc. was founded in 2009 by president, John E. Moseman. John has been involved in the well business for over 10 years. He currently services over 400 warranty clients in the mid-Atlantic region and also works with over 2000 realtors. John understands, first hand, the worries and frustrations when problems or concerns arise with wells.
John was born and raised in Howard County Maryland and has lived on well water most of his life. He resides in Highland, Maryland with his family. He graduated from Salisbury University in 1982 and attended Georgetown University for post graduate work in Management. John has an extensive background in service based operations and has worked in senior management positions for over 25 years.
John teaches courses to educate homeowners and realtors on the operation of wells and instructs them on where to find resolution if problems occur.
Well Water Solutions, Inc. offers full well inspections, yield testing, and all necessary water tests to complete your real estate transactions. These include radon testing, radium testing, lead and all other water tests.
Well Water Solutions, Inc. performs and completes repairs on all well related issues, including regular maintenance and annual testing. Full Treatment systems are available to address any water concerns.
